Actress Nazish Jahangir got stuck badly
The session court of Lahore has dismissed the actress’s preliminary bail.The court has dismissed the bail due to non-appearance of the actress.
An FIR has been registered against the actress in Defense C police station Lahore.The actress had obtained interim bail in the fraud case from the Sessions Court of Lahore. Which has been dismissed by the judge.
The FIR against the actress was filed by Awad Ajaan and Awad Haroon.He wrote this in the FIR and the actress took a car and Rs 25 lakh in cash from him.And later neither returned the car nor returned the money.
He further said that the actress started threatening him. And he demanded that action should be taken against the actress.In the same case, the actress had granted interim bail. The case was heard in which the judge has dismissed the entire bail.
The judge did this because the interim bail period had expired yet the actress had not appeared in the court.
At the same time, the session judge has also given an order to arrest the actress. And in the same case, the bail of another accused has also been approved.
